TINA CIGANY

My name is Tina Cigany and I am one of the Massage Therapists here at Optimum Health Chiropractic.  I have been a Massage Therapist for 12 years and have worked in a variety of settings.  I was born and raised in Parma, Ohio and I am one of 6 children.  I attended Padua High School and then proceeded to Ursuline College where I obtained my B.S. in Biology.  I have been married for 8 years to my husband Dennis. We have three beautiful children, Rebecca, Luke and Sarah.

I am licensed to perform many types of massages: swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue, reflexology and hot stone therapy just to name a few.  The therapy aspect of massage is my passion.  I am so happy that I have been blessed to have a career that I love to do.  I am looking forward for the opportunity to help you in your pursuit of health and well-being.

MINDY BAZEMORE   

Hello Optimum Health patients! My name is Mindy Bazemore, and I am excited to be part of the team at Optimum to help you meet your wellness goals through massage therapy.  I graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work.  Six years ago, my family decided to change gears and I attended the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage near Southwest General Hospital. I loved the training and learned how to help people heal from physical distress and injuries, while also reducing mental stress through muscle relaxation techniques. I have expanded the services I can utilize in massage treatments by taking classes that specialize in Hot Stone massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Somatic release, Sports Massage, MET along with Positional Release techniques.

My husband and I are life-long residents of Medina County. We are committed to raising our two children Hannah and Luke in this wonderful, family-friendly community! We enjoy getting involved with serving in the Brunswick schools and coaching sports teams, volunteering in the community and at our church! We appreciate this opportunity to come on board and partner with Optimum Health Chiropractic and look forward to assisting each of you in maintaining healthy lifestyle habits!
